Great stay at Settlers Creek rental house for the week during the winter. The rental company was very accommodating to our needs and the house was beautiful and well maintained.Location to River Run and slopes is great and shuttles ran on time. Would definitely recommend for any trips to Keystone.
This is a very nice place & family friendly. Many things, including the pool & clubhouse, are closed due to COVID as of August 2020.

Beautiful community and a beautiful home! Conveniently located right next to Keystone!! My son (16 years old) and I had an amazing weekend in Settlers Creek and on the Mountain learning to snowboard.
Though I have not experienced it in the winter, Settler’s Creek is my family’s favorite vacation spot in the summer!! Beautiful view- right in the mountains. The neighborhood has perfect route to biking and hiking trails. Booking is through Sky Run In the center of the town houses there is Mini’s Cabin. It has a beautiful pool with 2 hot tubs- good for all ages. The cabin has a nice lounge area, mini bar, television, bathrooms/showers and even a pool table. The best family friendly place to stay in Keystone.
We stayed here for a wedding in July. Lots of things to do. If we do this again, this will act as a base to see things all around the state. Nice location. I would like to come out during ski season sometime.
